What documentation comes with oil and gas material supply?

Every shipment includes: Material Test Certificates (MTCs) to EN 10204 Type 3.1 — traceable to the originating mill heat number; Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) confirming ASTM, API, and ASME compliance; packing lists; and ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices (VAT 311592828300003). For SAEP-347 compatible items, the documentation meets Saudi Aramco's incoming inspection requirements. Third-party inspection reports are available on request for high-value or critical service items.
