Gulf Union Ozone maintains safety stock across six major product families covering every stage of the welding and fabrication workflow — from consumable electrodes and filler wires through to machines, gas equipment, tooling, and personal protective equipment.
Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) electrodes are stocked in carbon steel, low-hydrogen, stainless steel, and dissimilar metal grades. Classifications include E6010, E6013, E7016, E7018, E308L-16, E316L-16, and E309L-16 to AWS A5.1, A5.4, and A5.5. Diameters 2.5 mm to 5.0 mm. Full low-hydrogen grades require baked electrode storage and are supplied with lot-specific mill certificates. Solid MIG/MAG wires to AWS A5.18 (carbon steel ER70S-6, ER70S-3) and AWS A5.9 (stainless steel ER308L, ER316L, ER309L) in 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm diameters on 5 kg and 15 kg spools. TIG filler rods to AWS A5.18, A5.9, and A5.10 (aluminium ER4043, ER5356). Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) wires to AWS A5.20 (E71T-1C, E71T-GS) and AWS A5.22 (E308LT1-1, E316LT1-1) for high-deposition, all-position fabrication and cladding applications.
Inverter-based SMAW (MMA), MIG/MAG (GMAW), TIG/GTAW, multi-process, and plasma cutting power sources to IEC 60974-1 and IEC 60974-7. Output range 160 A to 500 A. IP21S and IP23S ingress protection for indoor workshop and outdoor site use. Duty cycles 35–100% at rated current. Single and three-phase input options. Machines carry CE marking and are supplied with operators manual, warranty, and test certificate.
Single-stage and dual-stage gas regulators for oxygen, acetylene, argon, CO2, and mixed shielding gases to EN ISO 2503 and BS 4082. Brass body construction, chrome steel bourdon capsule, rated to 200 bar (oxygen) and 25 bar (acetylene). Flowmeter-style regulators for MIG/TIG shielding gas (0–25 L/min). Oxy-acetylene torch sets with interchangeable nozzles to ISO 5172. CO2 regulators with integral 230 V preheat heater to prevent freeze-up at high flow rates.
Personal protective equipment certified to EN ISO 11611 (protective clothing), EN 379 (auto-darkening filters), EN 12477 (welding gloves), and EN 1598 (welding curtains). Auto-darkening welding helmets with shade 9–13 ADF cartridge and 1/25,000 s switching speed. Chrome leather gauntlets and fine-grain TIG gloves. Welding consumables and tooling include copper contact tips (0.8–1.6 mm bore), MIG nozzles (Binzel 15/24/36 series), tungsten electrodes to AWS A5.12 (EWTh-2, EWCe-2, EWLa-1.5, EWP), air carbon arc gouging electrodes (AWS A5.15), anti-spatter spray, electrode holding and baking ovens (50–200°C, 2–10 kg capacity, IEC 60974-10), angle grinders 115–230 mm, grinding and cutting discs (EN 12413), wire brushes, and chipping hammers.
