Type 01

Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon Cylinders

Seamless chromium-molybdenum steel cylinders to ISO 9809-1 for oxygen, nitrogen, and argon gas supply at industrial, welding, cutting, and process applications in Saudi Arabia. Oxygen cylinders: 40L (150 bar) and 50L (200 bar) — industrial grade (99.5% O2) for oxy-fuel cutting and welding at fabrication shops and construction sites. Nitrogen cylinders: 40L (200 bar) and 50L (300 bar) — industrial and instrument grades for pipeline purging, pressure testing, instrument supply, and inert blanket applications. Argon cylinders: 40L (200 bar) — welding grade (99.997% Ar) for MIG and TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminium, and exotic alloys. Type 02

CO2, Hydrogen & Acetylene Cylinders

CO2 cylinders (carbon dioxide) in 25 kg and 45 kg liquid fill — food-grade CO2 (E290) for beverage carbonation, welding-grade for MIG welding shielding gas, and industrial CO2 for fire suppression system charging and supercritical extraction. Colour: grey shoulder (ISO 32). Hydrogen cylinders: seamless steel 40L at 200 bar working pressure — industrial grade hydrogen for heat treatment atmospheres, analytical carrier gas, and fuel cell development in Saudi Arabia. Colour: red shoulder (ISO 32). Dissolved acetylene cylinders: 10 kg and 20 kg, porous mass (monolithic calcium silicate) filled, solvent (acetone) and acetylene gas — for oxy-acetylene welding, cutting, brazing, and flame heating. DO NOT lay horizontally. Colour: maroon shoulder (ISO 32). All cylinders to ISO 9809-1 and Saber-certified for KSA.

Type 03

Compressed Air & Speciality Gas Cylinders

Compressed air cylinders: seamless steel 40L at 200 bar and 300 bar working pressure to ISO 9809-1 — for pneumatic tool supply, instrument air reserve, SCBA cylinder charging stations, and compressed air storage in Saudi Arabia utilities and fabrication sites. Helium cylinders: 40L at 200 bar — helium-grade 4.6 (99.996% He) for leak testing, balloon inflation, and analytical use (GC carrier gas). Colour: brown shoulder (ISO 32). Mixed gas / calibration gas cylinders: pre-mixed certified reference gas mixtures (e.g. span gas for gas detectors, standard gas for chromatographs, breathalyser calibration gas) — available in 10L, 20L, and 40L cylinders with traceable Certificates of Analysis. Type 04

Cylinder Valves

Brass cylinder valves for all common industrial gas cylinder types — supplied in CGA (Compressed Gas Association) and DIN/EN pattern with gas-specific outlet connections to prevent wrong-gas connections. Oxygen valves: CGA 540 (US) or DIN 477-1 (EU) right-hand male thread — oxygen-cleaned, no grease or hydrocarbon lubricants. Nitrogen/argon/inert gas valves: CGA 580 or DIN 477-5 left-hand thread (inert gas convention). CO2 valves: CGA 320. Hydrogen valves: CGA 350 (US) or DIN 477-8 left-hand thread. Two-Stage Pressure Regulators

Brass two-stage pressure regulators for oxygen, nitrogen, argon, CO2, hydrogen, and mixed gas cylinders — providing stable, accurate delivery pressure regardless of cylinder pressure variation as the cylinder empties. First stage reduces cylinder pressure (200–300 bar) to an intermediate pressure (5–10 bar); second stage regulates to the final delivery pressure. Oxygen regulators: CGA 540 or DIN inlet; 0–10 bar outlet; 0–315 bar inlet gauge + 0–16 bar outlet gauge; SS internal springs; oxygen-cleaned; outlet: 1/4-inch BSP or barb.
