Type 01

HDPE Pressure Pipes

PE100 and PE80 straight and coiled pipes in SDR 7.4 (PN 25) through SDR 26 (PN 6.3), sizes DN 20 to 1200 mm. Black with blue or yellow co-extruded stripes for water and gas service. Manufactured to ISO 4427-2, EN 12201-2, ASTM D3035, and ASTM F714. Available in 6 m and 12 m straight lengths and coils for smaller diameters.

Type 02

Butt Fusion Fittings

Full range of HDPE butt fusion fittings — 90° elbows (long and short radius), 45° elbows, 22.5° elbows, equal tees, reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, crosses, stub end flanges, weld neck flanges, and end caps. DN 63 to 1200 mm, matching SDR of pipe system. To ISO 8085-3, EN 12201-3, and ASTM D3261.

Type 03

Electrofusion Fittings

Electrofusion couplers, 45° and 90° elbows, equal and reducing tees, saddle outlets, reducers, end caps, repair saddles, and ball valves. DN 20 to 630 mm per ISO 11413, ASTM F1055, and EN 12201-3. Each fitting carries embedded resistance wire and barcode for EF controller compatibility. Ideal for field repair and tie-in work.

Type 04

Compression & Mechanical Fittings

Compression fittings (couplers, elbows, tees, reducers, end caps, threaded adaptors) for DN 20–110 mm in SDR 11 and SDR 17, rated to 16 bar. Mechanical joint adaptors, flange adaptors with backing rings, HDPE-to-DI/steel/PVC transition couplings, and saddle repair clamps per ISO 14236 and EN 12201-3.

Type 05

Non-Pressure & Drainage Pipes

HDPE double-wall corrugated sewer pipe (SN4, SN8, SN16), solid wall gravity sewer pipe, slotted drainage pipe, spiral wound duct pipe for cable protection, and dredge float pipe. Sizes DN 100–1200 mm to ISO 21138-1, EN 13476, and ASTM F667. Socketed and plain-ended forms available.

Type 06

Specialty & Lined Pipe Systems

Abrasion-resistant mining and slurry pipes, HDPE-lined steel pipe for chemical service, multilayer PE-RT/HDPE barrier pipe, irrigation lateral pipe for drip systems, ESD-safe electro-conductive pipe for explosive environments, and HDPE oxygen barrier pipe for hydronic systems.
