Type 01

Braided PTFE Packing

Pure PTFE fibre braided packing manufactured to ISO 8081 in square cross-sections from 3mm to 50mm. The most chemically inert packing material — resistant to virtually all acids, alkalis, solvents, and oxidising agents (pH 0–14). Suitable for pump stuffing boxes, valve stems, and agitator shafts handling water, chemicals, foodstuffs, and pharmaceutical fluids at temperatures up to 260°C. Available with dry PTFE lubrication or oil-impregnated for reduced break-in friction. Low shaft wear, long service life, and clean operation in hygienic applications. Widely used in desalination plants, water treatment facilities, and chemical processing across Saudi Arabia.

Type 02

Expanded Graphite Packing — Flexible & Die-Formed

Expanded graphite packing to ISO 8081 and API 622 — the industry standard for high-temperature and high-pressure rotating equipment. Flexible braided graphite rope packing (self-lubricating, low friction) for pump stuffing boxes at temperatures up to 550°C and pressures to 200 bar. Die-formed graphite rings to ASME B16.20 and BS 1832 for valve stem packing in gate, globe, and control valves — asbestos-free and compliant with fugitive emissions (API 622 / ISO 15848). Graphite content ≥98%, ash content ≤1.5%. Corrosion-inhibited grades available for mild steel valve bodies. Suitable for steam, heat transfer oil, hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemical service in Saudi oil and gas, refinery, and power plant applications.

Type 03

PTFE / Aramid & PTFE / Carbon Fibre Braided Packing

Composite braided packing combining the chemical resistance of PTFE with the mechanical strength of aramid (Kevlar) or carbon fibre reinforcement. PTFE/aramid packing — interbraided PTFE and Kevlar fibres with PTFE impregnation, temperature limit 280°C, handles abrasive media and high shaft speeds. Ideal for slurry pumps, chemical pumps, and agitators in Saudi petrochemical facilities. PTFE/carbon fibre packing — carbon braid reinforcement with pure PTFE impregnation, superior shaft-wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, suitable for high-speed centrifugal pumps up to 310°C. Both types manufactured to ISO 8081, available in cross-sections 5mm–40mm in both braided rope and pre-cut ring sets.

Type 04

Carbon Fibre / Graphite Packing

Carbon fibre braided packing with expanded graphite impregnation — the preferred choice for high-shaft-speed rotating equipment where minimal shaft wear and low leakage are critical. Carbon/graphite packing offers exceptional thermal conductivity (reducing stuffing-box temperature), excellent lubricity, and resistance to steam, hydrocarbons, and high-temperature process fluids up to 450°C. Frequently specified for boiler feed pumps, high-pressure process pumps, and compressor rod packings at power generation and oil refinery sites in Saudi Arabia. Available in cross-sections 6mm–30mm. GFO pure PTFE fibre packing (expanded PTFE/graphite) also stocked for demanding pump duty where shaft wear must be minimised.

Type 05

Asbestos-Free Valve Packing Rings (API 622)

Pre-formed asbestos-free valve packing ring sets to API 622 (valve stem fugitive emissions testing), ASME B16.20, and BS 1832 for gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, and control valves across pressure classes ANSI 150# to 2500# and PN 20 to PN 420. Materials: die-formed expanded graphite rings (≥98% graphite), PTFE/graphite blend rings, and V-ring PTFE sets. Anti-extrusion rings in stainless steel or carbon steel available for high-pressure duty. Compliant with Saudi Aramco and SABIC specification requirements for fugitive emissions control at oil and gas facilities. Full material certification and API 622 documentation provided. General Purpose & Speciality Compression Packing

Acrylic fibre packing with PTFE and mineral oil impregnation — economical general-purpose stuffing-box packing for cold water, seawater, and mild chemical duty up to 120°C. Ramie (vegetable fibre) packing with PTFE impregnation for food-grade and pharmaceutical applications. Ceramic fibre packing for extreme-temperature furnace door seals and kiln shafts up to 1260°C. Graphite rope packing (pure flexible graphite wire) for furnace expansions joints and flue gas sealing.
