Twin-Leg Energy-Absorbing Lanyards

Twin-leg energy-absorbing lanyards to EN 354 + EN 355 / ANSI Z359.13 — the standard connecting element for 100% tie-off at height, allowing continuous attachment when moving between anchor points. Twin 1m + 1m and twin 1.5m + 1.5m legs with integral pack-type energy absorber that deploys on fall to limit arrest force to ≤6 kN per EN 355. Legs in polyester webbing (25mm width) with forged alloy steel snap hooks EN 362 (auto-lock or triple-lock). Total working length 2m per leg including absorber. Lanyards also available with aluminium or stainless steel carabiners for chemically aggressive Saudi Arabia environments. Single-leg 1.8m shock-absorbing lanyards and non-energy-absorbing restraint lanyards (EN 354) also in stock for specific work positioning applications.

Type 03

Self-Retracting Lifelines (SRL)

Self-retracting lifelines (SRL) to EN 360 / ANSI Z359.14 — automatic retraction maintains constant tension on the lifeline as the user moves, locking instantly on fall and limiting fall distance to typically 0.3m–0.6m (far less than a standard lanyard). Stocked in 6m, 15m, 20m, and 30m working lengths with galvanised steel wire rope for oil and gas and heavy-duty construction applications in Saudi Arabia. SRL models with stainless steel wire rope for corrosive environments. Compact 6m SRL with glass-fibre reinforced composite (GRP) housing for ATEX/hazardous area use. Horizontal Lifeline Systems

Pre-engineered horizontal lifeline (HLL) systems to EN 795 Class C for installation on storage tanks, pressure vessels, scaffold structures, rooftops, and structural steelwork at Saudi Arabia industrial facilities. Systems supplied as complete kits: stainless steel wire rope (6mm, 316 grade), stainless steel end termination anchors, intermediate stanchions, integral energy absorber, and tension indicator. Available in 15m (2-person simultaneous attachment rated) and 30m (3-person rated) spans. Load documentation and EN 795 compliance certificates included with every HLL system. Anchorage slings and connectors to EN 795 Class B and Class A — the critical interface between the fall arrest system and the fixed structure. Polyester textile anchor slings in 60cm and 120cm lengths (loop-to-loop configuration), webbing rated ≥22 kN, for wrapping around beams, columns, and scaffold tubes. Cross-arm strap anchors (120cm textile) for horizontal structural members where a standard sling would not seat correctly. Forged steel beam anchor clamps (EN 795 Class A) for I-beam and H-beam flanges — clamping range 50mm–180mm. Carabiners and snap hooks to EN 362 in 25kN-rated forged alloy steel, auto-lock, triple-lock, and screw-gate variants. Stainless steel carabiners for marine and chemical environments. Rescue & Winch Devices

Rescue and winch devices to EN 1496 for confined space entry, tank inspection, vessel entry, and at-height rescue operations at Saudi Arabia industrial facilities. Manual rescue winch units in 20m and 30m galvanised steel wire rope with controlled descent (anti-panic brake) and positive lift ratchet — compatible with EN 361 confined space harnesses via front D-ring attachment. Aluminium rescue tripods (3.5m opening height, 250 kg rated) for manhole and below-grade confined space entries — compatible with all standard SRLs and winch devices.
