Electrofusion Fittings

Type 04

Welding Accessories & Tools

Complete ancillary tooling for HDPE pipe fusion operations: pipe scrapers, end-facing tools, alignment clamps, pipe supports and rollers, thermometers and pyrometers, surface cleaners, fusion data recorders, and protective covers for heater plates. Scrapers conform to ISO 21307 surface preparation requirements, removing 0.1–0.3 mm of oxidised surface layer. Also stocked: spare heater plates (PTFE coated, 210°C ± 10°C), pressure gauge calibration adapters, and spare hydraulic hoses and fittings for fusion machine maintenance.

Type 05

Saddle Fusion Equipment

Saddle fusion welding tools and equipment for branching connections on HDPE mains without cutting into the pipe. Includes saddle fusion tools, clamping frames, and compatible electrofusion saddle tees and saddle couplers in DN 90 to DN 630 mm main pipe sizes. Saddle units to ISO 8233 and EN 12201-3. Suitable for gas distribution mains and water transmission lines where branch connections must be made under live or pressure conditions. Butt Fusion Fittings (PE 100)

Injection-moulded and fabricated butt fusion HDPE fittings for use with butt welding machines: 90° long-radius elbows, 45° elbows, equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, end caps, flanged adaptors, stub ends, and crosses.
