Type 02

Membrane Nitrogen Generators

Polymer hollow-fibre bundles selectively permeate oxygen and moisture from compressed air to produce nitrogen at the non-permeate outlet; no valves, no bed-switching, minimal maintenance; suitable for remote Saudi field installations with no service infrastructure.

Type 03

Liquid Nitrogen Vaporisers

Ambient and heated (electric or steam) LN₂ vaporisers for converting bulk liquid nitrogen to gas for laboratory, food-freezing and pharmaceutical use at Saudi facilities. Ambient-air aluminium vaporisers require no external energy source; electric-heated and steam-heated vaporisers maintain output in hot-standby mode or during high-demand periods; all supplied with pressure regulator, safety relief valve and outlet gas analyser option.

Type 04

Nitrogen Boosters

Air-driven and motor-driven nitrogen boosters that raise PSA-generator outlet pressure from 7 to 300 bar for cylinder filling, gas-assisted injection and accumulator charging. Air-driven boosters are intrinsically safe (no electrical supply required in the hazardous area) and infinitely variable in output pressure; motor-driven boosters provide higher continuous flow for Saudi Arabia cylinder filling stations and testing laboratory supply.

N₂ Buffer Tanks

ASME Sec VIII carbon steel and stainless buffer vessels (50–5000 litre, 10–300 bar) for nitrogen storage and demand surge management downstream of generators. Horizontal and vertical orientations; code-stamped with ASME pressure vessel certificate; supplied with safety relief valve, pressure gauge, drain valve and isolation valve; stainless steel SS 316L vessels available for pharmaceutical, food and corrosive-environment applications.

Purity Analysers

Online paramagnetic and thermal-conductivity oxygen analysers for continuous N₂ purity monitoring; 4–20 mA output and HART protocol compatible with Saudi plant DCS. Paramagnetic analysers measure oxygen by its response to a magnetic field — highly selective and drift-free; zirconia sensors measure ppm-level O₂ for high-purity PSA verification; thermal-conductivity sensors provide cost-effective monitoring for blanketing and general utility nitrogen.

Saudi Aramco SAES-L-450 (Displacement, Purging, Pressure Testing and Leak Testing of Piping Systems) typically specifies residual oxygen below 1% (10 000 ppm) for a safe pipeline purge before introduction of hydrocarbons. For inerting prior to hot-work in confined spaces, oxygen must be reduced below 0.5% per SAES-B-058. A membrane nitrogen generator producing 99.5% N₂ (5000 ppm O₂) is sufficient for most purge applications; PSA at 99.99% is used where stricter inerting is required.
