Type 01

Rotary Screw Compressors — Oil-Injected

Oil-injected rotary screw compressors to ISO 1217 with CAGI data sheets — the standard workhorse for continuous-duty industrial compressed air in Saudi Arabia. Fixed-speed (direct-drive belt or direct-coupled) and variable-speed drive (VSD/VFD) models available from 5.5 kW to 315 kW, delivering 0.5 m³/min to 55 m³/min FAD at 7 bar, 10 bar, and 13 bar. Cast iron airend housings, aluminium inter-stage coolers, and stainless steel air-oil separators. IE3 premium-efficiency motors standard; IE4 on request. Type 02

Rotary Screw Compressors — Oil-Free

Class 0 oil-free rotary screw compressors to ISO 8573-1 Class 0 — mandatory for instrument air, breathing air, pharmaceutical, food processing, and semiconductor applications in Saudi Arabia where oil contamination is unacceptable. Two-stage compression with inter and after-cooling; PTFE-coated rotor profiles with no lubrication in the compression chamber. Water-cooled and air-cooled variants from 15 kW to 250 kW, 7–10 bar. CE marking under PED 2014/68/EU and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. ATEX variants available for Zone 2 hazardous areas (IECEx and ATEX II 3G certification). Type 03

Reciprocating Piston Compressors

Single-stage and two-stage reciprocating piston compressors for intermittent-duty workshop, utilities, and high-pressure applications in Saudi Arabia. Single-stage models from 0.75 kW to 7.5 kW at 8–10 bar for workshop air tools, blow-off, and tyre inflation. Two-stage models from 7.5 kW to 75 kW for higher pressures up to 15 bar or 40 bar (high-pressure variants). Cast iron cylinders with hard-chrome pistons, stainless steel valves, and PTFE piston rings for oil-free variants. V-belt or direct-drive configurations; direct-mounted or base-frame with integral receiver tanks. Suitable for CNG stations, PET bottle blowing (high-pressure), and standby duty applications. Type 04

Portable & Towable Compressors

Diesel-driven portable and towable rotary screw compressors for field operations, construction sites, pipeline pigging, hydrostatic testing, and temporary plant air in Saudi Arabia. Canopy-enclosed single-axle towable units from 75 cfm (2.1 m³/min) to 900 cfm (25.5 m³/min) at 7 bar, 10 bar, and 14 bar. Deutz, Cummins, and Caterpillar Tier 4 Final diesel engines — compliant with Saudi emission requirements. Emergency stop, auto-shutdown on low oil/high temperature, and remote start options available. High-pressure variants up to 350 bar for pipeline pressure testing and PIG launching also available. ASME Air Receivers & Storage Tanks

ASME Section VIII Division 1-stamped vertical and horizontal compressed air receivers for industrial and oil & gas facilities in Saudi Arabia. Carbon steel (SA-516 Gr. 70) receivers from 100 litres to 10,000 litres, design pressure 10 bar to 40 bar, with National Board registration documentation (Form U-1A). SS 316L receiver shells available for corrosive or humid air service. Standard fittings include pressure gauge, safety relief valve (ASME-certified), drain valve, inlet/outlet connections, and inspection manholes on large vessels. Hot-dip galvanised exterior or epoxy-polyurethane coating for outdoor installation in Saudi Arabia's coastal and desert environments. Compressed Air Treatment — Dryers, Filters & Separators
