Top-entry agitators for low-viscosity process fluids (less than 5,000 cP) in open or closed vessels — the standard configuration for chemical reactors, neutralisation tanks, blending vessels, and effluent treatment tanks in Saudi Arabia process plants. Pitched-blade turbine (PBT) impellers in SS 316L for bulk flow and axial mixing; Rushton disk turbine impellers for gas dispersion and liquid-liquid dispersion. Shaft seal options: single mechanical seal (API Plan 11), double mechanical seal (API Plan 53A with barrier fluid), and lip seal for low-pressure service. Top-Entry Agitators — High-Viscosity & Anchor/Helical Ribbon

Top-entry agitators for high-viscosity applications (5,000 cP to 1,000,000 cP) including pastes, polymers, adhesives, and slurries in Saudi Arabia chemical and polymer plants. Anchor impellers for viscous bulk mixing with wall scraping; helical ribbon impellers for very high viscosity and heat transfer applications where Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids require thorough radial mixing. Close-clearance gate agitators for crystallisers and batch reactors. SS 316L or duplex SS impellers; heavy-duty gearboxes with torque rating to AGMA 9 Class II for high-torque viscous service. Power range 1.5 kW to 200 kW; low-speed gear ratios 10:1 to 200:1. ASME vessel nozzle flange connection as standard. Suitable for jacketed vessels under pressure or vacuum.

Type 03

Side-Entry Agitators for Storage Tanks

Side-entry agitators for large petroleum storage tanks, crude oil tanks, and chemical storage tanks — widely used in Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and independent terminal operations in Jeddah, Jubail, Yanbu, and Dammam. 3-blade propeller and hydrofoil impellers in SS 316L for low-power, high-flow blending of tank contents, keeping solids in suspension and preventing stratification in crude oil and fuel tanks. Swivel-mount (angle-adjustable) and fixed-mount configurations; tank shell nozzle mounting with full-bore gate valve isolation for in-service maintenance. Static (Motionless) Mixers

Static inline mixers — no moving parts, no external power — for continuous blending, pH correction, chemical dosing, and turbulent-flow homogenisation in pipelines across Saudi Arabia process plants and water networks. Helical element, tab-element, and corrugated-plate static mixer designs for Reynolds numbers from 100 (laminar) to turbulent flow in pipe sizes DN 15 to DN 600. SS 316L elements and shell as standard; carbon steel with epoxy lining for large-bore low-pressure water service; CPVC and PVDF for aggressive acid and alkali duties. Mixing quality characterised by coefficient of variation (CoV) data from manufacturer. High-Shear Mixers & Rotor-Stator Homogenisers

High-shear rotor-stator mixers and homogenisers for emulsification, particle size reduction, dispersion, and dissolution in Saudi Arabia food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and specialty chemical manufacturing. Batch-type high-shear mixers (in-tank, top or bottom-entry) with interchangeable stator heads — fine emulsion, coarse dispersion, and disintegration screens. Inline high-shear homogenisers for continuous emulsification with product viscosity up to 50,000 cP; in-line particle size reduction to less than 1 µm. Electro-polished SS 316L wetted parts to Ra 0.8 µm maximum for sanitary and pharmaceutical applications. For sour service (H2S-containing environments) we supply duplex stainless steel (UNS S31803) or super duplex (UNS S32750) shafts and impellers to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. Hastelloy C276 wetted parts are available for concentrated acid and chloride-rich environments. Mechanical seals are supplied in PTFE bellows or graphite-carbon/SiC/SiC face materials with double mechanical seal arrangement and API Plan 52/53A barrier fluid where required.
