Type 01

GRP/FRP Tanks & Vessels

Filament-wound fibreglass-reinforced plastic (GRP/FRP) tanks manufactured to BS 4994 and ASTM D3299 for chemical storage of acids, alkalis, sodium hypochlorite, ferric sulphate, and other process chemicals. Available in vertical and horizontal configurations, DN300–DN3000, with operating pressure atmospheric to 3 bar. Resin systems include isophthalic polyester (general water and mild chemical service), vinyl ester (chlorine compounds, strong acids), and epoxy (hydrocarbon and solvent service). Polyethylene (HDPE/LLDPE) Storage Tanks

Rotationally-moulded PE tanks in capacities from 100L to 50,000L for water, chemical, and agricultural applications. Vertical open-top and vertical dome-cover configurations for indoor and outdoor installation. Cone-bottom tanks for solids and slurry settling applications. UV-stabilised black PE for outdoor chemical storage in Saudi Arabia's high-UV environment. Translucent natural PE tanks for visual level monitoring in indoor installations. Stainless Steel Tanks

Chemical Dosing Skids

Complete skid-mounted chemical storage and dosing systems for water treatment, chlorination, scale inhibitor, biocide, and coagulant dosing applications in Saudi Arabia. Each skid package comprises: chemical storage tank (100L–5,000L PE or SS 316L), mechanically-actuated diaphragm or peristaltic dosing pump with adjustable stroke, FRP secondary containment bund (110% tank volume), pressure gauge, pulsation dampener, stainless steel injection quill with check valve, suction strainer, inlet/outlet ball valves in PVC or SS 316L, and structural steel or SS 304 skid frame. CE-marked dosing pumps with ATEX option for hazardous area classification. Pressure Vessels (ASME VIII)
