RO Filtration

RO Membranes & Pressure Vessels

Spiral-wound reverse osmosis membranes in standard 4040 (4" × 40") and 8040 (8" × 40") formats for brackish water (BWRO) and seawater (SWRO) desalination. Operating pressures 15–80 bar. Compatible with Dow Filmtec, Hydranautics, and Toray specifications. Multi-element FRP pressure vessels with end-port and side-port configurations. ASME VIII rated. Designed for Saudi Arabia high-TDS groundwater and industrial process water recovery.

Multimedia Sand & Carbon Filter Vessels

Fiberglass (FRP) filter vessels in 10" to 63" diameter for multimedia sand filtration (quartz gravel, fine sand, garnet grading), activated carbon filtration (coconut shell granular activated carbon, GAC, or anthracite), and iron/manganese removal. Manual and automatic multiport valve (MPV) heads. ASME VIII rated. Pre-treatment upstream of RO systems to reduce turbidity (NTU) and silt density index (SDI <3) as required by RO membrane manufacturers.

Ion Exchange Water Softener Systems

Single and twin alternating cation exchange softener vessels loaded with strong acid cation (SAC) resin for calcium and magnesium removal. Hardness reduction to <1 ppm as CaCO3. Automatic digital time-clock or volumetric meter-controlled regeneration with sodium chloride brine. FRP or SS 316 vessel options, 10" to 48" diameter, 3/4" to 3" BSP connections. Essential for boiler feedwater conditioning and cooling tower makeup in Saudi Arabia hard-water regions.

Skid-mounted chemical dosing units comprising HDPE or SS 316 tank (50–1,000 L), diaphragm or peristaltic dosing pump (0.5–100 L/hr), level indicator, pulsation dampener, injection quill, and pressure relief valve. For antiscalant, sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfite (dechlorination), coagulant, flocculant, acid/caustic pH correction, and biocide injection. Pre-wired control panel with manual/auto operation. SASO and WHO guidelines compliance.

Disinfection

UV Sterilizers & Chlorination Systems

Flow-through UV sterilizers (254 nm germicidal UV) in SS 316 chambers — 10 to 1,000 L/min — for bacteria and virus inactivation without chemical residual. Log-4 Giardia cyst reduction. Electrolytic chlorination systems and sodium hypochlorite dosing units for potable water and cooling water biocide control. Suitable for SWCC-specification potable water systems, hospitals, hotels, and food processing facilities in KSA.

Antiscalant, Coagulants & Flocculants

Phosphonate-based antiscalant (SHMP/organophosphonate) for RO membrane scale inhibition against CaCO3, CaSO4, BaSO4, and silica — critical for Saudi Arabia high-hardness feedwaters. Aluminium sulphate and polyaluminium chloride (PAC) coagulants. Anionic, cationic, and nonionic polyacrylamide flocculants for clarification. Supplied in 25 kg bags, 200 L drums, and IBCs. SASO and NSF/ANSI 60 certified where applicable.
