Gulf Union Ozone Trading Co. is a SAEP-347-compatible stockist holding all 59 Annex 4 material numbers in physical inventory at our Jeddah warehouse. Each line is available for immediate dispatch with original EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates. This page is the complete reference for procurement engineers specifying SAEP-347 material numbers on Saudi Aramco EPC and maintenance projects.
SAEP-347 is Saudi Aramco's Engineering Procedure for purchasing bulk piping materials — valves, pipe fittings, flanges, and pipe — from pre-qualified stockists. The procedure exists to streamline procurement on Aramco-sponsored projects: instead of subjecting every purchase to the full Aramco supplier qualification process, contractors may source pre-defined material grades from approved stockists without additional qualification steps.
Annex 4 is the specific appendix within SAEP-347 that enumerates the 59 material numbers an approved stockist is authorised to hold and supply. Each material number is a commodity code that precisely defines the product type, applicable standard (ASME, API, ASTM), and material grade. When a Purchase Order references a SAEP-347 Annex 4 material number, it tells the procuring contractor exactly what the stockist is approved to supply — no deviation, no substitution.
'In stock' is meaningfully different from 'approved to supply.' An approved stockist who does not carry physical inventory will order-to-supply — adding weeks of lead time. Gulf Union Ozone maintains physical inventory of all 59 Annex 4 lines in our Jeddah warehouse, enabling same-day or next-day despatch on most requisitions.
An Annex 4 material number is not the same as an Aramco material description or a SAMSS item number. The material number is the stockist's commodity identifier — it tells Aramco's procurement system which pre-qualified stockist line is being ordered. The ASTM grade and ASME standard listed against each number define what must be physically supplied and documented.
SAEP-347 (Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedure 347) is the procurement procedure governing the purchase of stockable 9COM (Commodity) materials from approved stockist suppliers. Annex 4 of SAEP-347 defines the complete list of 59 stockable material numbers across five product families: valves (23 numbers), pipe fittings (18 numbers), flanges (15 numbers), and metallic pipes (3 numbers). Stockists must hold physical inventory and supply EN 10204 3.1 MTCs for all material numbers.
Carbon steel, stainless steel 316L, and duplex 2205 valves covering gate, ball, check, globe, butterfly, and plug types. ASME pressure classes 150 through 1500. All in stock from our Jeddah warehouse with EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill test certificates.
Note: Reference codes V-101 to V-123 are site-internal identifiers for easy navigation. The actual Saudi Aramco SAEP-347 Annex 4 material numbers follow the format 6000XXXXXX. When raising an RFQ with Aramco, always use the official material number from your project Bill of Materials or the SAEP-347 Annex 4 document, not these reference codes.

Super duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) PREN ≥42 — suitable for Red Sea offshore and full submerged seawater service. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance available on request for sour-service grades. Contact us to confirm NPS range and schedule availability for any material number before order placement.
To generate a quotation and confirm stock availability, provide the following information. The more complete your inquiry, the faster we can respond — our target is confirmed availability and pricing within 4 business hours of a complete inquiry.
Quote the official Aramco material number from your project Bill of Materials (format: 6000XXXXXX). This confirms you are ordering the correct pre-qualified grade and avoids material substitution issues at Aramco Goods Receipt. The V-101/P-101 codes on this page are site-internal navigation references only.
For pipe: specify NPS (e.g., 4", 6", 8") and schedule (e.g., Sch 40, Sch 80). For valves and flanges: specify NPS and ASME pressure class (e.g., NPS 6" Class 300). Aramco uses NPS, not DN — check your engineering datasheet.
Pipe in metres or 6-metre lengths. Fittings and valves as units (pieces). Flanges as units with facing type (RF = Raised Face; RTJ = Ring Type Joint). Indicate if multiple NPS sizes are required.
State EN 10204 3.1 (standard — supplied by default) or EN 10204 3.2 (requires TPI coordination at mill — advise at order placement to avoid delays). Also note any PMI (Positive Material Identification) requirements per SAEP-1142.
Aramco project number, contractor PO reference, and delivery address or Aramco plant / operating area. Required-on-site date allows us to confirm lead time and flag any items that need priority allocation from our warehouse.
For urgent shutdown or turnaround requirements: call or WhatsApp directly — +966 55 098 8062 — and state 'SAEP-347 urgent requisition.' Our team prioritises turnaround and ESD (Emergency Shutdown) requisitions and can mobilise same-day despatch from Jeddah stock for most stocked sizes.
SAEP-347 is Saudi Aramco's Engineering Procedure that governs how contractors may purchase bulk piping materials — valves, pipe fittings, flanges, and pipe — from pre-qualified stockists rather than going through Aramco's full supplier qualification process. Annex 4 is the appendix that lists the specific material numbers an approved stockist is authorised to supply. When a contractor's Purchase Order references a SAEP-347 Annex 4 material number, procurement can proceed directly from an approved stockist without separate material qualification, saving significant time on project schedules.
Gulf Union Ozone Trading Co. is a SAEP-347-compatible stockist holding physical inventory of all 59 Annex 4 material numbers in our Jeddah warehouse. 'In stock' means the materials are physically on our shelves in Jeddah — not items we order-to-supply or source from third parties on receipt of your purchase order. Contractors can place an order, receive original EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates and our Certificate of Conformance, and take delivery from Jeddah within 24–72 hours for most lines. 'SAEP-347-compatible supply' means we stock materials conforming to Annex 4 specifications with EN 10204 3.1 documentation to support Aramco Goods Receipt acceptance; 'in stock' means we have the material ready to ship today.
Every order against a SAEP-347 Annex 4 material number ships with: (1) the original manufacturer's Mill Test Certificate at EN 10204 Type 3.1 level, traceable to the heat number marked on the product; (2) Gulf Union Ozone's Certificate of Conformance referencing the SAEP-347 material number, your purchase order number, and our CR 4030570569 registration; (3) a heat number cross-reference report confirming MTC-to-product traceability for Aramco Goods Receipt inspection; and (4) dimensional inspection report where applicable. Documents are provided in hard copy and PDF. For sour-service or safety-critical materials requiring EN 10204 Type 3.2, we coordinate third-party inspection witness at the mill — advise us at order placement stage.
Duplex 2205 (UNS S31803/S32205) has PREN ≥35 — for offshore topside, seawater cooling below 35°C, and sour gas without chlorides. Super duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) has PREN ≥42 — required for fully submerged seawater above 30°C, Red Sea offshore pipelines, and combined sour and chloride environments. Both meet NACE MR0175 ≤36 HRC. EN 10204 3.1 MTCs must include actual PREN calculated from measured Cr/Mo/N values. See our subsea fittings page for the full grade comparison.
For Saudi Aramco gas pipeline projects (SAES-L-450/460), API 5L PSL2 is mandatory. PSL2 requires Charpy CVN, CE limits, 100% weld NDT, and fracture toughness for X60+. For sour gas (H₂S ≥0.0003 MPa partial pressure), HIC-resistant PSL2 (NACE TM0284, hardness ≤22 HRC) is required. See our gas pipeline supplier page for the full API 5L grade table (Gr B through X70) and PSL1 vs PSL2 comparison.
Send your material number, NPS / schedule, quantity, and required delivery date. We confirm stock availability and issue your quotation — with original EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates — within 4 business hours.
