Brazed copper plate heat exchangers (B-PHE) for closed-circuit HVAC cooling, hydraulic oil cooling, and refrigeration — compact, no gaskets, rated to 30 bar. Forced-draft and induced-draft air-cooled heat exchangers (ACHE) to API 661, designed for Saudi Arabia's high ambient temperatures (up to 52°C design air temperature). Tube bundles in carbon steel, SS 304/316, duplex 2205, or titanium with aluminum or SS fins. Bare tube or finned tube construction. Used as overhead condensers, process coolers, and gas coolers in refineries, NGL plants, and LNG facilities where water cooling is limited. Motors to IEC 60034-1, Class F insulation, IP55 enclosure as standard for outdoor Saudi service. Variable-pitch fans and louver control for load management.
Replacement and new-build heat exchanger tubes: SA-179 cold-drawn carbon steel (1/4"–3" OD); ASTM A213 TP316L stainless steel; ASTM A789 S31803 duplex 2205; ASTM B338 Gr.2/Gr.12 titanium. Gulf Union Ozone quotes against client thermal datasheets and API 660 / TEMA data sheets specifying: tube material (carbon steel, stainless steel, admiralty brass, duplex, titanium), shell material (A516-70 carbon steel for most services), tube OD and wall thickness, tube pitch and layout, baffle cut percentage, and nozzle ratings to ASME B16.5 flange class.
