Type 01

Pressure Calibrators — Digital, Pneumatic & Hydraulic

Digital pressure calibrators provide a portable, battery-operated reference for pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, and pressure switch calibration in the field. Handheld digital calibrators (0–700 bar, accuracy 0.025% FS) display simultaneously as source and measure device. Pneumatic pressure calibrators (0–6 bar) with integral precision hand pump for low-pressure instrument calibration — suitable for control valve positioners, differential pressure transmitters, and pneumatic switches. Hydraulic pressure calibrators (0–700 bar) with stainless hand pump for high-pressure gauge and safety valve set-point verification. Type 02

Deadweight Testers

Deadweight testers (pressure balance testers) are the primary standard for precision pressure calibration — generating accurate, stable pressures traceable to fundamental SI units of mass and gravity with uncertainties of ±0.005% to ±0.015% of reading. Pneumatic deadweight testers (0–7 bar) for low-pressure gauge calibration and differential pressure transmitter calibration using clean, dry air or nitrogen. Hydraulic deadweight testers (0–500 bar) in oil medium (BP Energol or equivalent) for intermediate-range pressure standards. High-pressure hydraulic deadweight testers (0–1400 bar) for safety valve test benches, subsea equipment, and high-pressure test stands. Type 03

Dry Block Temperature Calibrators

Dry block calibrators (dry-well calibrators) for on-site temperature sensor calibration without liquid bath media — clean, portable, and safe for use in process plant and analyser shelter environments in Saudi Arabia. Low-temperature dry blocks (-25°C to 150°C, stability ±0.05°C) for ambient-range RTD and thermocouple calibration. Mid-range dry blocks (33°C to 700°C, stability ±0.1°C) for Pt100, Type J, K, T, and E thermocouple calibration — the most commonly specified range for instrument workshops. High-temperature dry blocks (300°C to 1200°C, stability ±0.5°C) for Type S, R, and B thermocouple calibration in furnace and kiln applications. All dry blocks include multiple insert bore sizes, internal Pt100 reference, RS-232/USB output, and NIST-traceable calibration certificate. Carry-handle aluminium case for field use.

Type 04

Liquid Bath Calibrators

Liquid bath calibrators provide superior temperature uniformity and stability compared to dry blocks — preferred for calibrating immersion-sensitive sensors (RTDs, thermistors, and long thermocouples) where the full immersion depth must be at a uniform reference temperature. Low-temperature liquid baths (-80°C to 50°C, stability ±0.01°C) using ethanol or methanol as bath fluid — for cryogenic sensor verification and laboratory-grade RTD calibration. High-temperature liquid baths (50°C to 300°C, stability ±0.05°C) using silicone oil — for industrial RTD and thermocouple calibration. Both bath types feature programmable temperature control, stirred bath for uniformity, and transparent lid. Reference PRT probe (NIST-traceable, ±0.01°C accuracy) supplied separately or as a kit. Type 05

Loop Calibrators & Multi-Function Process Calibrators
