Disc brake pads for air-actuated caliper brakes fitted to Class 7–8 heavy commercial vehicles. Semi-metallic and low-metallic NAO (Non-Asbestos Organic) friction compounds. ECE R90 and SAE J661 qualified. Pad sizes from 200×80 mm to 250×115 mm. Working temperature range: −40 °C to +550 °C. Friction coefficient μ: 0.38–0.48. Applicable to Meritor PAN 17/19/22, Knorr-Bremse SB/SK7000, Wabco MAXX17/22 and Haldex ModulX caliper platforms. Steer and drive axle variants stocked.
Molded and woven asbestos-free drum brake linings for heavy truck, semi-trailer and bus rear axles. Supplied as flat lining strip or fully bonded/riveted to replacement brake shoes. Lining widths: 80 mm to 127 mm; arc lengths: 380 mm to 520 mm; thickness: 10–16 mm. Standards: SAE J661, FMVSS 121, ECE R90. Friction grades: EE, FF, GG to SAE J661. Brake shoe platforms include 16.5×5 in, 16.5×6 in and 16.5×7 in — the most common axle sizes in KSA fleet operations.
Sintered metal and semi-metallic disc brake pads for excavators, articulated dump trucks, wheel loaders, motor graders and ultra-class mining haul trucks. Sintered metal pads operate to 750 °C, providing consistent friction under continuous retarder braking on long downhill haul roads. Pad sizes range from 155×80 mm (compact excavators) to 400×165 mm (Caterpillar 793F / Komatsu 830E class).
