Type 01

Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers

TEMA B, C, and R class shell & tube heat exchangers fabricated to ASME VIII Div.1 and API 660. Types include fixed tubesheet, U-tube bundle, and floating head (pull-through bundle and split-ring). Shell material: carbon steel SA-516 Gr.70 or SS 316L. Tube material: SA-179 cold-drawn carbon steel, SS 316L, duplex 2205 S31803, or titanium Gr.2/Gr.12. Suitable for hydrocarbon service, produced water, steam condensers, and heat recovery in Aramco and SABIC process plants across Saudi Arabia. TEMA class R is mandatory for refinery service per SAES standards.

Type 02

Plate Heat Exchangers

Gasketed plate heat exchangers (PHE) with SS 316L corrugated plates and nitrile, EPDM, or Viton gaskets — disassemblable for cleaning and plate addition. Brazed copper plate heat exchangers (B-PHE) for closed-circuit HVAC cooling, hydraulic oil cooling, and refrigeration — compact, no gaskets, rated to 30 bar. Brazed stainless steel (SS-B-PHE) for corrosive media and hygienic applications. Gasketed PHEs available to EN 1092-1 flange connections, DN 25–DN 500, thermal capacity 0.1–2,500 kW. Suitable for district cooling, industrial process cooling, and seawater cooling in Saudi Arabia.

Type 03

Fin-Fan / Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers

Forced-draft and induced-draft air-cooled heat exchangers (ACHE) to API 661, designed for Saudi Arabia's high ambient temperatures (up to 52°C design air temperature). Tube bundles in carbon steel, SS 304/316, duplex 2205, or titanium with aluminum or SS fins. Bare tube or finned tube construction. Used as overhead condensers, process coolers, and gas coolers in refineries, NGL plants, and LNG facilities where water cooling is limited. Motors to IEC 60034-1, Class F insulation, IP55 enclosure as standard for outdoor Saudi service. Variable-pitch fans and louver control for load management.

Type 04

Heat Exchanger Tubes, Sheets & Gaskets

Replacement and new-build heat exchanger tubes: SA-179 cold-drawn carbon steel (1/4"–3" OD); ASTM A213 TP316L stainless steel; ASTM A789 S31803 duplex 2205; ASTM B338 Gr.2/Gr.12 titanium. Tubesheets in SA-516 Gr.70, SS 316L clad, or solid duplex. Segmental and double-segmental baffles, tie rods, spacers. Heat exchanger gaskets: spiral wound (SS 316 / graphite filler, ASME B16.20), ring joint (oval and octagonal, API 6A), neoprene, Viton, and EPDM plate gaskets. Full spares packages available for planned turnaround (TA) maintenance on existing Saudi Arabia plant exchangers.
