Type 01

Natural Rubber (NR) Sheeting & Lining

Abrasion-resistant natural rubber (NR) sheeting and liner tiles for pump casings, slurry pipe liners, tank linings, hopper and chute liners across Saudi Arabia mining, water treatment, and industrial applications. Available in hardness grades 40 Shore A (soft, impact-absorbing, best for sharp angular particles), 55 Shore A (medium, balanced abrasion/impact), and 70 Shore A (hard, best for fine-particle slurry service and high-velocity wear). ASTM D2240 hardness test certificates supplied. Liner tiles in 50×50mm, 100×100mm, and 150×150mm with bevelled edges for interlocking installation on pump casing internal surfaces. Sheet format in widths up to 1.5m and lengths up to 10m for flat-surface lining in tanks, launder troughs, and chutes. Food-grade natural rubber sheets (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant) for food and beverage processing equipment also stocked. Tensile strength minimum 15 MPa, elongation at break 400% to ASTM D412.

Type 02

EPDM Rubber Sheeting

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber sheeting for weathering, ozone, and UV resistance in outdoor Saudi Arabia applications. Temperature range -50°C to +150°C continuous — suitable for the full range of Saudi Arabia's climate from mountain winters (Taif, Abha) to summer desert heat. Principal applications: roof liners and waterproof membranes (1.2mm–4mm thick); expansion joint covers and movement joint seals for concrete and structural steel; HVAC duct gaskets and flanged joint seals (1mm–6mm); cooling tower and reservoir lining (4mm–8mm); weatherstripping and door seals; tank pads and vibration-dampening underlays. EPDM is resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, ketones, steam, and hot water — ideal for water treatment and chemical utility service. Not resistant to petroleum products or aliphatic hydrocarbons. Available in rolls (width 1m–2m) and sheets (1×1m, 1.2×1.2m), thickness 1mm to 25mm. ASTM D2000 compound classification EA to EE.

Type 03

Neoprene (CR) Sheeting

Neoprene (polychloroprene, CR) rubber sheeting for oil-resistant, weather-resistant, and marine applications across Saudi Arabia's coastal and offshore installations. Neoprene provides moderate oil resistance (petroleum oils at low concentrations), good ozone and UV resistance, and flame retardancy — properties natural rubber lacks. Key applications: marine and offshore fender facing and dock bumper pads; offshore platform expansion joint covers; cable protection and sheathing; industrial electrical insulation matting (3.75mm/6mm/12mm IEC 61111 Class 0 and Class 1); anti-skid flooring in workshops, compressor rooms, and sub-stations; acoustic underlay sheets for machinery and equipment rooms; SBR/neoprene blends for cost-effective outdoor applications where full neoprene is over-specified. Type 04

Viton (FKM) Sheeting

Viton (fluoroelastomer, FKM to ISO 1629) rubber sheeting for the most demanding chemical and high-temperature service in Saudi Arabia petrochemical, refinery, and offshore applications. Viton provides resistance to: petroleum oils and fuels (jet fuel, diesel, crude oil), aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, xylene), chlorinated solvents (MEK, trichloroethylene), concentrated mineral acids (sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric), and aliphatic hydrocarbons — far exceeding natural rubber, EPDM, and neoprene chemical resistance. Continuous operating temperature to +200°C with short-term peak resistance to +230°C. Applications: pump and valve gasket material (custom-cut from sheet); diaphragm sheeting for chemical dosing pumps and process valves; tank and reactor lining for aggressive chemical service; chemical plant expansion joint filling material. Thickness 1mm to 10mm; standard sheet size 1×1m and 1.5×1.5m. ASTM D2000 compound classification HK. Supplied with compound data sheet and hardness certificate.

Type 05

Silicone Rubber Sheeting

Silicone rubber sheeting for food-grade, pharmaceutical, and high-temperature applications in Saudi Arabia's food processing, medical, pharmaceutical, and specialist industrial sectors. Silicone provides the widest operating temperature range of any elastomer — -60°C to +230°C continuous, with short-term resistance to +260°C — and is inherently inert and non-toxic. Food-grade silicone sheeting complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and EU 10/2011 food contact regulations for use in contact with food products. Translucent (natural) and pigmented (red, blue, white) grades available for colour-coded food processing applications. Medical-grade silicone for cleanroom gaskets, autoclave seals, and pharmaceutical processing (USP Class VI). High-temperature grades for oven seals, bakery equipment, and industrial kiln door gaskets. Thickness 1mm to 12mm. Steam-autoclave-resistant grade for repeated sterilisation at 134°C. Anti-stick surface option for low-adhesion applications. Density approximately 1.25 g/cm³; hardness 30–80 Shore A.
