Type 01

Globe Control Valves

Single-seat and double-seat globe control valves in ASME Class 150 through 2500, DN15 to DN300, for throttling service in oil and gas, petrochemical, and utility process loops across Saudi Arabia. Cage-guided and stem-guided plug configurations for high-pressure and high-differential-pressure applications. Equal percentage and linear flow characteristics to IEC 60534 for accurate process modulation. Type 02

Butterfly Control Valves

High-performance butterfly control valves in triple-offset and double-offset disc designs for tight shutoff and modulating service in gas, steam, and high-temperature applications across Saudi Arabia. Triple-offset (eccentric) valves with metal-to-metal seats for ASME Class 150 through 600, DN80 to DN1000 — suitable for natural gas, high-pressure steam, and hydrocarbon vapour service where fire-safe design to API 607 is required. Double-offset high-performance butterfly valves in wafer and lugged body styles for general process service. Disc materials in SS 316, Alloy 20, and Duplex SS for corrosive service. Pneumatic rotary actuators and electric actuators mounted direct to ISO 5211 top flange connection. Type 03

Ball Control Valves

Characterized ball control valves in V-notch (V-ball) and segment ball designs for high-rangeability throttling service — ideal for slurry, fibrous media, and viscous liquids in Saudi Arabia chemical and water treatment plants. Full-bore and reduced-bore ball control valves in ASME Class 150 and 300, DN25 to DN200, with carbon steel and SS 316 bodies. V-ball valves provide equal percentage characteristic and high rangeability (300:1) with minimal clogging risk compared to globe valves. Segment ball valves for slurry and pulp-like media. Pneumatic actuator and positioner assemblies pre-mounted and stroke-tested at factory. Electric actuator options (modulating 4–20mA) for sites without instrument air. All assemblies supplied with Cv curves, inherent characteristic graphs, and pressure test certificates.

Type 04

Pneumatic Actuators & Positioners

Full range of pneumatic actuators and smart positioners for process control valve actuation across Saudi Arabia. Spring-return diaphragm and cylinder actuators (fail-open or fail-close) for linear globe valve service; rack-and-pinion and scotch-yoke actuators for quarter-turn butterfly and ball valves. Actuator sizing to IEC 60534-6 for valve stem forces at maximum differential pressure. Spring ranges 0.2–1.0 bar and 0.4–2.0 bar standard; high-torque actuators for large-bore valves. Electro-pneumatic smart positioners with HART 7 communication for loop calibration and diagnostic data back to DCS; FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 and PROFIBUS PA versions for digital bus plants. Electric Actuators

Modulating actuators accept 0–10V, 4–20mA, or digital Modbus RTU/BACnet command signals for proportional valve positioning.
