Maximum circuit length 100m–200m depending on wattage and supply voltage (100V–240V single-phase or 208V–277V). Constant-wattage parallel-resistance (zone-type) heating cables with parallel resistance heating wire between two copper bus wires — constant output regardless of temperature, enabling unlimited circuit lengths (cut-to-length in the field at fixed intervals). Output ratings 15W/m to 85W/m (at 240VAC) with maximum exposure temperatures to 260°C. ATEX II 2G Ex e IIC and IECEx certified for Zone 1/2 hazardous areas to IEC 60800. Fluoropolymer outer jacket. Used for high-wattage process temperature maintenance, viscosity control on heavy crude oil pipelines, roofing and guttering de-icing, and industrial floor heating applications in Saudi Arabia where higher and uniform power output is required. Cannot self-regulate — requires thermostat control to prevent overheating.
Mineral-insulated (MI) heating cables — single-core or twin-core conductors in MgO-filled stainless steel (SS 316/316L) outer sheath; operating temperatures from 200°C to 600°C. Suitable for very high temperature process maintenance (furnace trace, fired-heater legs), surface heating on reactors, and critical process lines requiring precise, high-intensity heat delivery. IECEx Zone 1 certified to IEEE 515. Power output 30W/m to 200W/m (single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V). Sheath diameter 4mm–10mm. Field-termination with cold-lead extension cables. Supplied to length with end seals and cold-lead factory-assembled. Used in Saudi Arabia refinery, petrochemical, and LNG facility high-temperature trace heating applications where self-regulating or constant-wattage polymer cables cannot withstand ambient conditions.
Single-circuit and multi-circuit heat tracing control panels in GRP (glass-reinforced polyester) or SS 316L weatherproof enclosures (IP65, IP66) with ATEX Zone 2 certification. Single-point panels: one thermostat, MCB, test-point terminal strip, door-mounted ammeter; 240VAC single-phase or 400VAC three-phase feed.
