Type 01

Grinding Wheels

Vitrified-bond and resin-bond aluminium oxide and silicon carbide precision grinding wheels for surface grinding, bench and pedestal grinding, cylindrical grinding, and internal grinding operations. ISO 603 standard sizes from 100mm to 600mm diameter. Grain designations A46 (medium aluminium oxide for steel), C60 (silicon carbide for castings, non-ferrous, and hard materials), and WA (white aluminium oxide for precision and heat-sensitive steels). Hardness grades E through T to suit machine type, material, and finish requirement. Vitrified bond (V) for precision stock removal; resin bond (B) for cut-off and heavy grinding. Full ISO 603 marking system on every wheel. Safety speed ratings stamped on every product. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, and cemented carbide tooling.

Type 02

Cutting & Grinding Discs — Angle Grinder

EN 12413 and ANSI B7.1 fibre-reinforced resin-bond discs for portable angle grinders. Type 27 depressed-centre grinding discs in 4½ inch (115mm) to 9 inch (230mm) diameter, 6mm thickness — for weld removal, fillet grinding, and surface material removal on steel, stainless, and castings. Type 41 flat cut-off discs in 4½ inch to 14 inch (350mm), 1mm and 1.6mm thickness — for pipe cutting, bar cutting, structural steel, stainless, stone, and concrete. Abrasive grain options: standard aluminium oxide (A) for carbon steel, zirconia alumina (Z) for stainless and hard alloys, diamond-segmented wheels for concrete and masonry. Blue/cool grade zirconia discs for heat-sensitive stainless steel weld preparation. Max RPM stamped on every disc per EN 12413. Box quantities available for project site consumption.

Type 03

Flap Discs

T27 (flat) and T29 (conical) flap discs in aluminium oxide, zirconia alumina, and ceramic alumina abrasive grain on fibreglass or moulded resin backing. Grit range 40G (aggressive stock removal) through 120G (fine surface blending) for weld dressing, excess weld metal removal, surface blending, and fine surface finishing. Aluminium oxide flap discs for carbon steel; zirconia and ceramic flap discs for stainless steel and heat-resistant alloys. Blue-cool zirconia flap discs specifically for SS 304 and SS 316 applications — low heat generation prevents discolouration and preserves corrosion resistance. T29 conical flap discs provide aggressive grinding action on flat surfaces; T27 flat discs for fine blending and tight-access areas. Compatible with 4½ inch to 7 inch grinders at 11,000–13,300 RPM. Available in trade packs of 5 and 10.

Type 04

Coated Abrasives

Sandpaper sheets (A4 and 230×280mm), abrasive sanding belts in aluminium oxide and zirconia alumina, resin-fibre discs (RFD) in aluminium oxide for right-angle grinders, sanding rolls (50mm and 100mm wide), abrasive cloth rolls for metalworking, and foam-backed sanding blocks for hand and orbital machine sanding. Grit range 40G to 400G covering coarse stock removal through fine finishing and pre-paint surface preparation. Aluminium oxide for general steel and wood sanding; zirconia alumina for hard steel, stainless, and long-life belt grinding on wide-belt and contact-wheel machines. Anti-static coating on selected products for dust-control in fabrication shop environments. Pre-cut disc packs for orbital sanders in 125mm and 150mm. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) and plain disc formats available.

Type 05

Bonded Abrasive Files & Sticks

Aluminium oxide and silicon carbide dressing sticks for trueing and dressing grinding wheels on-machine. Mounted points (cylindrical, ball, cone, and tree profiles) in aluminium oxide and silicon carbide for die grinders and pencil grinders — for deburring, porting, and cavity finishing in machined components and castings. Abrasive flap wheels in aluminium oxide and zirconia for flexible surface blending on curved and irregular surfaces with bench grinder or arbour mandrel. Cartridge rolls (6mm–25mm diameter) for internal bore deburring and port finishing. Non-woven abrasive surface-conditioning discs (Scotch-Brite equivalent) in very fine, fine, medium, and coarse grades for final surface conditioning, blending weld heat marks, and pre-coating surface preparation on stainless steel and aluminium. Deburring wheels for edge-rounding operations on CNC machine robotic deburring cells.

Type 06

Shot Blasting & Surface Prep Media

Metallic and mineral blast abrasives for airless blast cabinets, blast rooms, and open-nozzle portable blasting to achieve SSPC-SP5 (White Metal) and SSPC-SP10 (Near-White / Sa 2.5) surface preparation before protective coating. Steel shot (S110 through S780) for peening and surface cleaning on structural steel. Steel grit (G16 through G80) for aggressive angular profile on heavy structural components and pipe spools. Garnet abrasive (80 mesh, GMA-equivalent) for open nozzle blasting — preferred expendable media under Saudi Aramco painting specifications and SABIC HSE requirements as a silica-free alternative. Glass beads (GB120 through GB200) for smooth peening and polishing. Aluminium oxide blasting grain for precision aerospace and alloy surface preparation. Crushed walnut shell for soft-surface blast cleaning and plastic deburring without substrate damage.
