Yanbu's petrochemical complex includes several sour-gas processing units requiring NACE MR0175 ISO 15156 compliant valves throughout the produced-fluid piping systems. Gulf Union Ozone maintains a sour-service valve inventory covering all five SAEP-347 valve types in carbon steel and stainless steel with documented hardness control. Carbon steel valve bodies are tested to Rockwell C 22 HRC maximum; CF8M stainless bodies have ferrite content reported; all trim materials (stem, disc, seat) are NACE compliant grades. PWHT certificates are supplied for carbon steel valves above one-inch NPS requiring post-weld heat treatment per ASME B31.3. Yanbu sour-service shipments are typically delivered same-day or next-day from Jeddah, with emergency overnight deliveries arranged for urgent maintenance shutdowns at Yanbu Refinery and SABIC gas processing units.
