Gulf Union Ozone supplies a complete range of produced-water treatment systems for Saudi Arabia oilfield and industrial operations, covering the full treatment chain from primary deoiling to injection-quality polishing. Our portfolio includes hydrocyclone deoiler clusters (API 12J, polymer-lined) for high-volume primary separation with no moving parts; induced-gas flotation (IGF) units with fine-bubble aeration achieving outlet oil-in-water below 15 ppm; closed degasser vessels with foam-breaking internals and gas-recovery lines; walnut-shell polishing filters achieving outlet oil below 5 ppm; and multimedia filter vessels designed to meet Saudi Aramco SAES-A-007 effluent quality limits for re-injection service. High-pressure re-injection pumps in super-duplex 2507 and titanium Grade 2 — API 610 OH2 and BB3 types with API 682 mechanical seal plans 23, 32, and 53B — are rated to 250 bar. Chemical dosing systems for corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, and scale inhibitors complete the treatment package. All systems are designed to Saudi Aramco SAES-A-007 and SAES-A-005 modular-skid standards, pre-piped and pre-wired for fast site integration. ISO 9001:2015 certified (CR 4030570569). Stocked and dispatched from Jeddah.

Well-operated walnut-shell filters consistently achieve outlet oil-in-water concentrations below 5 ppm, making them suitable as a final polishing stage before water injection or overboard discharge. Performance depends on inlet quality (typically <30 ppm from an upstream IGF or hydrocyclone stage), backwash frequency and media condition. Gulf Union Ozone recommends an online oil-in-water analyser downstream of the filter for continuous monitoring per Saudi Aramco SAES-A-007.
Hydrocyclones are best for high-flow, sand-laden produced water where bulk deoiling to 50–100 ppm is acceptable; they have no moving parts, require minimal maintenance and handle variable flow well. IGF units are better for the secondary treatment stage, polishing water to below 15 ppm by floating fine oil droplets and solids using dissolved gas. A typical produced-water train in Saudi Arabia combines hydrocyclones (primary) with IGF (secondary) and walnut-shell filters (tertiary) to meet SAES-A-007 injection quality.
Saudi Aramco's SAES-J-904 standard specifies super-duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) or 6Mo stainless (UNS N08367) for wetted pump parts in high-chloride produced water above 60°C. For high H₂S service, titanium Grade 2 pump casings and impellers are preferred. Mechanical seals should follow API 682 Plan 23 (closed-loop cooling) or Plan 53B (pressurised barrier fluid) to prevent process fluid contamination and seal face damage from abrasive particles.
To get a fast quotation, provide: equipment type (hydrocyclone / IGF / degasser / filter / pump), flow rate (m³/h), inlet oil-in-water concentration (ppm), required outlet quality (ppm), operating pressure and temperature, fluid composition (H₂S, CO₂, salinity), applicable Saudi Aramco standard, and delivery location in Saudi Arabia.
