Yes. We supply ASME B16.47 Series A (MSS SP-44) and Series B (API 605) large-bore flanges in sizes 26" through 60" NPS. These are used in pipeline and vessel nozzle applications and are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 MTCs and ASME B16.47 dimensional compliance certificates.
Ring-type joint (RTJ) flanges are specified for high-pressure and high-temperature piping above Class 900 at Jubail's hydrocracker, catalytic reformer, and high-pressure gas compression units. Gulf Union Ozone stocks RTJ weld-neck flanges in ASTM A105 and ASTM A182 F316 for Class 900, 1500, and 2500 service. Ring grooves are machined to API 6A tolerances for compatibility with both octagonal and oval ring gaskets. Complementary RTJ ring gaskets — soft-iron, low-carbon steel, and 316 stainless — are stocked in all standard ring numbers (R11 to R99 and BX series).
