Type 01

Decanter Centrifuges — Two-Phase (Liquid-Solid)

Two-phase decanter centrifuges for continuous liquid-solid separation — the primary centrifuge type for sludge dewatering, oily waste treatment, produced water solids removal, and drilling mud management in Saudi Arabia oil & gas and petrochemical plants. Horizontal bowl with internal screw conveyor (scroll) that continuously discharges dewatered solids from the conical end while clarified liquid overflows the cylindrical end. SS 316L bowl and scroll as standard; Stellite-faced scroll flights for abrasive duty. Bowl diameters 350mm to 900mm; feed rates 5 m³/h to 100 m³/h; G-force 1,500 g to 3,200 g. Type 02

Decanter Centrifuges — Three-Phase (Oil-Water-Solids)

Three-phase decanter centrifuges for simultaneous separation of oil, water, and solids in a single pass — the key machine for crude oil treatment, slop oil recovery, produced water management, and tank bottom sludge treatment in Saudi Arabia refineries and oil terminals. Dual liquid outlets with adjustable centripetal pump disc for oil/water interface control — allows independent adjustment of oil and water outlet back-pressure without stopping the machine. SS 316L bowl, scroll, and liquid discharge ports; duplex SS for sour and high-chloride service. Bowl diameters 400mm to 1,200mm; feed rates 10 m³/h to 200 m³/h; G-force 2,000 g to 3,500 g. Basket Centrifuges — Peeler & Batch-Type

Vertical and horizontal basket centrifuges for batch liquid-solid separation in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, fertiliser, and specialty chemical manufacturing in Saudi Arabia. Perforated basket lined with filter fabric retains solids while centrifugal force drives liquid through. Peeler centrifuges with automatic knife discharge for continuous batch operation; inverting filter centrifuges for sticky or fragile crystals. SS 316L basket and casing; PTFE-coated internal surfaces for acid service. Basket diameters 400mm to 1,200mm; basket volume 40 L to 800 L; G-force 300 g to 1,800 g. Type 04

Disc-Stack Centrifuges — Liquid Polishing & Emulsion Separation

Disc-stack (disc bowl) centrifuges for high-efficiency clarification and liquid-liquid separation where fine solids or droplets must be removed from a continuous liquid phase. Stacked conical discs inside the rotating bowl increase the effective settling area by a factor of 100 compared to a simple bowl — capable of separating particles from 0.5 µm to 500 µm and removing droplets less than 1 µm diameter. Hermetic (pressure-tight) and semi-open designs available. Applications in Saudi Arabia: edible oil polishing, lube oil purification, fuel oil treatment, bilge water separation, latex clarification, and pharmaceutical broth clarification. Type 05

Pusher Centrifuges — Continuous Solids Dewatering

Pusher centrifuges for continuous dewatering of free-filtering crystalline and fibrous solids where a consistently dry, wash-able cake is required — primarily used in fertiliser, salt, and petrochemical salt production in Saudi Arabia. A reciprocating pusher plate (single-stage or multi-stage) continuously advances the solids cake along the perforated basket to the discharge end while wash liquor can be applied in mid-flight. Solids capacity 1 t/h to 80 t/h; cake moisture consistently 1–3% lower than batch centrifuges for comparable materials. SS 316L basket, pusher plate, and casing; titanium baskets available for chloride-aggressive fertiliser applications. Basket diameters 300mm to 1,000mm; G-force 500 g to 1,200 g. Horizontal single-stage, dual-stage, and triple-stage configurations. ATEX II 3G Zone 2 certification as standard; Zone 1 on request.
