Type 02

Annular Corrugated Flexible Metal Hoses (Double Braid)

SS 316L annular corrugated inner with double SS 316 wire braid for higher pressure service. DN6–DN100, working pressure 40–250 bar depending on bore. ISO 10380 compliant. End fittings: BSP, NPT, ORFS, or JIC 37°. Used for hydraulic line flexibility, gas manifold connections, and high-pressure instrument impulse line applications in Saudi Arabia oil and gas facilities. Armoured outer sleeve option available.

Type 03

Helical Corrugated Flexible Metal Hoses

SS 316L helically corrugated (spiral-lock) inner with SS 316 braid and PTFE or rubber outer sleeve. Superior flexibility and tighter bend radius compared to annular types. DN6–DN50, working pressure 16–60 bar, temperature -50°C to +300°C. Suitable for gas and vapour service where vibration absorption and tight routing are priorities. Used in instrument connections, analyser sample lines, and compressor piping in Saudi Arabia.

Type 04

High-Pressure Flexible Metal Hoses

SS 316L annular corrugated inner with double or triple SS 316 braid for very high-pressure service: working pressure 100–400 bar at DN6–DN25. ISO 10380 and EN 14585 compliant. End fittings: cone-and-thread, ORFS, or NPT swaged. Hydrotest certificate at 1.5× working pressure with each assembly. Used for hydraulic test equipment, chemical injection, and high-pressure gas service in Saudi Arabia upstream oil and gas.

Type 05

Flexible Metal Hoses with BSP / NPT Fittings

Standard catalogue assemblies with swaged or screwed SS 316 BSP (BS EN ISO 228) or NPT (ANSI/ASME B1.20.1) male or female end fittings. DN6–DN100 (1/4"–4"), lengths 300mm–5000mm.
