Yes. We supply ASME B16.47 Series A (MSS SP-44) and Series B (API 605) large-bore flanges in sizes 26" through 60" NPS. These are used in pipeline and vessel nozzle applications and are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 MTCs and ASME B16.47 dimensional compliance certificates.
RTJ flanges for high-pressure Dammam piping — including the Abqaiq-Yanbu pipeline and Eastern Province NGL transport lines — require Class 900 through Class 2500 weld-neck flanges with accurately machined ring grooves. Gulf Union Ozone stocks RTJ weld-neck flanges in ASTM A105 Class 900 through 2500 and ASTM A182 F316 for corrosive service Class 900 through 1500. All RTJ groove dimensions are inspected per API 6A ring groove tolerances: groove width, depth, and angle are verified and documented. Matching octagonal and oval ring gaskets in soft iron, low-carbon steel, and stainless steel are stocked across ring numbers R11 through R99. RTJ flange and ring gasket sets are available as kits, simplifying Eastern Province procurement and reducing the risk of mismatched ring groove and gasket combinations at Dammam project sites.
