Yanbu Industrial City on the Red Sea coast hosts Saudi Aramco Yanbu Refinery, SABIC's Yanbu Petrochemical Company (YANPET and PETROKEMYA), and numerous engineering and fabrication contractors. API 600 gate valves for Yanbu Refinery's crude distillation, vacuum distillation, and naphtha hydrotreating units require ASME B16.34 rated bodies and NACE MR0175 compliance for sour crude service. Gulf Union Ozone supplies bolted bonnet API 600 gate valves in Class 150 through 2500, with flexible wedge and solid wedge disc options, rising and non-rising stem configurations. API 6D trunnion-mounted ball valves for Yanbu pipeline isolation — including the East-West Pipeline (Petroline) receiving terminal at Yanbu — are stocked in Class 150 through Class 600 full-bore configurations. All API 600 and API 6D valves carry the relevant API monogram. Documentation includes the API monogram license number, EN 10204 3.1 MTC, pressure test certificate, and Certificate of Conformance to SAEP-347. Yanbu delivery is same-day or next-day from Jeddah.

Yanbu's petrochemical complex includes several sour-gas processing units requiring NACE MR0175 ISO 15156 compliant valves throughout the produced-fluid piping systems. Gulf Union Ozone maintains a sour-service valve inventory covering all five SAEP-347 valve types in carbon steel and stainless steel with documented hardness control. Carbon steel valve bodies are tested to Rockwell C 22 HRC maximum; CF8M stainless bodies have ferrite content reported; all trim materials (stem, disc, seat) are NACE compliant grades. PWHT certificates are supplied for carbon steel valves above one-inch NPS requiring post-weld heat treatment per ASME B31.3. Yanbu sour-service shipments are typically delivered same-day or next-day from Jeddah, with emergency overnight deliveries arranged for urgent maintenance shutdowns at Yanbu Refinery and SABIC gas processing units.
