Type 01

Mineral Wool & Rockwool

Pre-formed mineral wool and rockwool pipe sections, mattresses, slabs, and blankets for hot pipework insulation to 650°C. ASTM C547 pipe sections in 1/2 inch to 16 inch NB, density 80–128 kg/m³, Class 850. Half-shell and full-shell segments for schedule 40 and schedule 80 pipe. Thickness 25mm to 100mm. ASTM C592 mattresses in 1500×600mm panels for large-bore and irregular surface insulation. Aluminium-foil (AL/AL), canvas (ASJ), and plain-faced options. Widely used on Saudi Aramco steam lines, hot-oil headers, and refinery process pipework across Jeddah, Jubail, and Yanbu.

Type 02

Calcium Silicate Insulation

Rigid calcium silicate pipe sections and flat blocks for high-temperature steam and process pipework operating at 650°C to 1000°C. ASTM C533 Type I (max 650°C) and Type II (max 1000°C). Density 220 kg/m³. Suitable for boiler piping, steam headers, heat-traced process lines, and flue-gas ductwork. Preferred insulation system on Saudi Aramco steam distribution networks and SABIC petrochemical process plants where rigid, load-bearing insulation that retains shape under pipe movement is required. Flat blocks used for vessel, tank, and equipment insulation. Full-length pipe sections supplied with cut-to-fit service available.

Type 03

Aerogel Insulation Blankets

Flexible silica aerogel composite blankets equivalent to Aspen Aerogels Pyrogel 6650 and Spaceloft product lines. Thickness 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm. Thermal conductivity 0.015 W/m·K — three to five times better than mineral wool at equivalent temperatures. Maximum service temperature 650°C (Pyrogel) and 200°C (Spaceloft / ambient service). Ideal for pipeline insulation in congested pipe racks where minimal insulation thickness is critical, and for reducing structural load on pipe supports. Aerogel pipe kits pre-cut to pipe diameter are available for 1 inch to 12 inch NB for fast field installation. Used on LNG vaporiser pipework, cryogenic headers, and offshore topsides insulation projects in Saudi Arabia.

Type 04

Cellular Glass Insulation

FOAMGLAS-equivalent rigid cellular glass blocks and pipe sections for cryogenic and below-ground insulation applications. ASTM C552. Temperature range -200°C to +430°C. Zero moisture absorption — critical for below-grade piping and buried insulation systems where water ingress destroys conventional insulation. Density 120–160 kg/m³. Compressive strength up to 0.8 MPa — supports pipe load. Used on LNG import terminal pipework, liquid nitrogen lines, liquid propylene headers, and cryogenic storage vessel legs across Saudi Arabia. Pipe sections for 1 inch to 24 inch NB. Flat blocks and curved segments for vessel and tank bases available. Closed-cell structure eliminates CUI (corrosion under insulation) risk.

Type 05

Elastomeric Foam Insulation

Armaflex-equivalent and K-Flex type closed-cell EPDM and nitrile rubber foam pipe insulation for HVAC, chilled water, and refrigeration pipework. EN ISO 10456 thermal performance. Wall thickness 6mm, 9mm, 13mm, 19mm, 25mm, and 32mm. Temperature service range -50°C to +105°C. Self-adhesive slit-tube design for quick-fit installation on copper, carbon steel, and stainless steel pipe. Plain (un-slit) tubes for factory-applied insulation. Pipe-fitting covers pre-formed for elbows, tees, and reducers. Armaflex HT equivalent for higher-temperature HVAC service to 150°C. Sheets in 1000×2000mm for irregular surfaces, ducts, and flat surfaces. Closed-cell structure prevents moisture condensation — essential for chilled-water lines in humid Jeddah and coastal KSA sites.

Type 06

Insulation Jackets & Removable Blankets

Pre-formed removable insulation jackets for valves, flanges, instruments, and process equipment requiring regular inspection and maintenance access. Fibreglass blanket insulation core (25mm–75mm thick) with inner stainless steel wire mesh or foil facing and outer fibreglass cloth or woven stainless steel mesh shell. Secured with stainless steel quick-release straps or lacing wire. Size ranges from 1 inch to 24 inch gate, globe, check, and butterfly valves. ASME Class 150, 300, 600, and 900 flanges. Control valve bodies, steam traps, pressure relief valves, and instrument manifolds. Custom sizes fabricated to plant isometric drawings. Widely used on Saudi Aramco and SABIC process plants where regular valve inspection, packing maintenance, and annual testing is required without insulation system damage.
