Type 01

Corrugated Aluminium Jacketing

Corrugated aluminium jacketing sheet — the most widely specified pipe insulation weather barrier in Saudi Arabia oil and gas plants — provides rigidity and strength superior to smooth sheet for the same gauge thickness, allowing thinner (and lighter) gauge to be used without sacrificing dent resistance. Corrugation profiles: ½" × ⅜" corrugation (the ASTM standard profile for pipe jacketing) and 1" × ¼" shallow corrugation for tank and vessel cladding. Alloys: 3003-H14 (the standard) and 3105-H14 for heavier gauge applications. Gauges: 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, and 1.2mm. Sheet dimensions: 1000mm and 1220mm wide; 2000mm, 2440mm, and 3000mm long — pre-cut or full coil supply. One face bright-mill finish, reverse face corrugated. Moisture barrier options: plain (uncoated), polysurlyn-coated (PS), and Polykraft-coated for additional vapour barrier where required by insulation specification. Suitable for outdoor exposed pipe and vessel insulation on Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and SEC projects. Lightweight for manual installation — one-person installation without lifting equipment on pipe sizes up to NPS 18".

Type 02

Smooth Aluminium Cladding

Smooth (flat rolled) aluminium cladding sheet for pipe insulation, vessel insulation, duct cladding, and equipment jacketing where a smooth bright appearance is required or where corrugated sheet is not specified. Mill finish (bright) and stucco-embossed (orange-peel) texture options — stucco embossing increases surface stiffness and reduces visible denting and handling marks, improving appearance on high-visibility plant areas and architectural-quality insulation work. Alloys: 1050-H14 (economical, 99.5% pure Al), 3003-H14 (standard), and 3105-H14 (higher strength). Gauges: 0.4mm to 1.2mm. Sheet widths: 1000mm and 1220mm; lengths to 3000mm. Pre-punched or unpunched for self-tapping screw fixing. Smooth cladding is also used for vessel and tank head cladding, flat surface equipment housings, and architectural mechanical equipment screening on Saudi Arabia power plant and process facility construction. Polysurlyn moisture-barrier backing available for cold-service pipe cladding to prevent condensation and corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Type 03

PVC-Coated Aluminium Cladding

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or polyester resin pre-coated aluminium sheet for insulation jacketing in indoor, mildly corrosive, and aesthetic-quality pipe and duct insulation applications. The PVC coating (typically 80–120 microns DFT applied over aluminium alloy 3003) provides additional corrosion resistance against chloride-containing indoor environments, chemical splash, and cleaning agents used in food processing, pharmaceutical, and HVAC applications. Colour-coded cladding: white (HVAC duct insulation, cold service pipe), grey, and custom RAL colours. Coated on one face only (inner face plain aluminium); outer PVC/polyester face colour-coded. Gauges: 0.4mm and 0.5mm total (aluminium substrate + coating). Sheet width: 1000mm and 1220mm; lengths to 2500mm. PVC-jacketed aluminium is specified for HVAC ductwork insulation cladding, cold room piping (suction pipe insulation), pharmaceutical cleanroom ductwork, and food processing area pipework in Saudi Arabia facilities where water washdown and mild chemical exposure occur. PVC strip sealant tape also stocked for seam and joint sealing.

Type 04

Stainless Steel Jacketing

Stainless steel pipe jacketing and cladding sheet in SS 304 (AISI 304 / ASTM A240 TP 304) and SS 316 (AISI 316 / ASTM A240 TP 316) for high-corrosion environments where aluminium jacketing would suffer pitting corrosion from chloride-bearing atmosphere, acid mist, or seawater splash. SS 316 jacketing is specified by Saudi Aramco and SABIC for offshore topsides, coastal plant areas within 3km of the Red Sea or Arabian Gulf shoreline, and chemical plant areas with aggressive atmospheric corrosion. SS 304 jacketing is used for indoor corrosive environments, food processing, and pharmaceutical clean areas. Surface finishes: 2B (smooth cold-rolled, the most common for jacketing), BA (bright annealed, mirror-like), and No.4 (brushed/satin — used for architectural mechanical equipment housings). Corrugated SS jacketing also available. Gauges: 0.4mm, 0.5mm, and 0.8mm. Sheet widths: 1000mm and 1220mm; lengths to 3000mm. EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates with chemical analysis supplied for every SS jacketing order. SS 316 banding (19mm and 25mm) and clips stocked.

Type 05

Pre-Formed Elbow Covers & Fittings Covers

Factory pre-formed aluminium jacketing components for pipe elbows, tee-pieces, reducers, valve bodies, and flanges — eliminating the time-consuming site fabrication of fitting covers from flat sheet. Pre-formed elbow covers for 45° and 90° elbows, in two-piece and multi-gore (four-piece, six-piece, eight-piece) pressed-metal construction for NPS ½" to NPS 36" pipe sizes (to suit all standard insulation thicknesses from 25mm to 150mm). Aluminium alloy 3003-H14 and 3105-H14 to ASTM B209. Gauges: 0.5mm and 0.7mm standard (0.9mm heavy-gauge available). Smooth and corrugated outer surface to match pipe jacketing style. Pre-formed end caps (flat disc and dished types) for pipe-end terminations. Valve covers (box-type, hinged for valve access) in aluminium and SS 304. Flange covers (two-piece, banded) for flanged joint insulation over weld-ring gasket systems. Tee-piece covers (two-way and three-way) for insulated branch connections.
