Bottom-Loading Arms & Vapour Recovery

Marine Loading Arms

Available in 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch nominal bore. Carbon steel construction with SS 316 swivel joints; optional internal epoxy or rubber lining for product compatibility. Dry-Break Couplings

API 594-rated dry-break couplings for zero-spill petroleum product transfer at fuel terminals and distribution depots across Saudi Arabia. Male adaptor (arm-side) and female receiver (vehicle-side) in SS 316 with PTFE-seated internal ball valves — both halves close automatically and simultaneously on disconnection, trapping liquid between the two faces with no spillage and no vapour release. Available in NPS 3 (3-inch) and NPS 4 (4-inch) standard API pattern. Safety locking cam-lever mechanism. Colour-coded identification rings for product differentiation (white = petrol, red = diesel, yellow = aviation fuel). ATEX Zone 1/2 certified. Also available in aluminium alloy for weight reduction. Swivel Joints — Single, Double & Multi-Plane

PTFE-seated swivel joints for loading arm articulation in single-plane (mono-swivel), double-plane (bi-planar), and multi-plane (tri-planar) configurations. Single-plane swivels for simple elbow rotation in road tanker arms — NPS 2 to NPS 8, pressure to 150 bar. Double-plane swivel joints for inner arm pivot — two-axis rotation for combined horizontal and vertical arm movement. Multi-plane swivel joints for marine loading arm outboard ends and offshore swivel stacks — full three-dimensional movement absorbing ship roll, pitch, and yaw. Emergency Release Couplings & Accessories

Emergency release couplings (ERC) for loading arms — spring-loaded breakaway type that seals both arm and vessel connection simultaneously on over-pull or impact, protecting the loading arm and preventing spillage during emergency vessel departure.
