Jubail Industrial City is the largest petrochemical complex in the world, spanning 101 square kilometres and hosting over 300 primary and secondary industries. API 600 gate valves and API 6D ball valves are the backbone of SAEP-347 compliant piping at Jubail's refinery and petrochemical complex. Gulf Union Ozone supplies both: API 600 bolted bonnet gate valves in Class 150 to 2500 with RS (rising stem) or NRS (non-rising stem) configurations, and API 6D trunnion-mounted ball valves with double-block-and-bleed feature for pipeline isolation. All API 600 gate valves come with ASME B16.34 dimensional compliance certification, full-port bore, and wedge-type disc. EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates from the original mill, Saudi Aramco vendor registration document copies, and packing declaration are included. Positive material identification (PMI) testing on body, bonnet, and trim is available on request for Saudi Aramco quality assurance inspection at Jubail receiving points.

Sour service valve supply is critical for Eastern Province oil fields where hydrogen sulphide concentrations can exceed NACE MR0175 threshold limits. Gulf Union Ozone stocks dedicated sour-service valve sets with body hardness controlled to 22 HRC maximum for carbon steel per NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, and austenitic stainless steel body valves with controlled ferrite content for CF8M grade. SAEP-347 compatible sour-service ball valves for upstream wellhead service, gate valves for production headers, and globe valves for control loops are all maintained in stock. Each sour-service valve shipment includes: NACE MR0175 hardness test certificate, EN 10204 3.1 MTC from the parent mill, chemical and mechanical property test records, and a Certificate of Conformance to SAEP-347 requirements. All documentation is formatted for acceptance at Saudi Aramco Jubail goods-receipt inspection.
