Type 02

Full-Cone Spray Nozzles

Full-cone nozzles produce a solid, uniformly filled circular (round or square) spray pattern — providing even liquid distribution across the entire cone cross-section. Ideal for tank filling, humidification, gas absorption (scrubbers), evaporative gas cooling, dust suppression, fire sprinklers, and product quenching where uniform coverage of a target area is critical. Spray angles: 30°, 60°, 90°, and 120°. Orifice sizes 1mm–25mm. Materials: SS 316L, brass, and PTFE. Type 03

Hollow-Cone Spray Nozzles

Hollow-cone nozzles produce a ring-shaped spray pattern with liquid concentrated at the cone periphery — generating fine droplets ideal for high-efficiency mass transfer and heat transfer applications: gas scrubbing and absorption columns, evaporative cooling towers, flue gas desulphurisation (FGD) scrubbers, humidification, and fine-mist chemical dosing. Solid-Stream (Jet) Nozzles

Solid-stream nozzles deliver a coherent, concentrated liquid jet for maximum penetrating force and long throw distance — used for fire-fighting ring headers, hydrant monitors, high-pressure tank cleaning, descaling, and anti-fouling water cannons. Smooth bore (no vanes or whirl chamber) produces a tight, low-divergence jet. Adjustable solid-stream to wide-angle spray nozzles (fog-to-jet) stocked for versatility. Static and hydraulically-driven rotary tank-washing nozzles (rotary jet cleaners) for CIP (Clean-In-Place) and manual clean-out of storage tanks, process vessels, reactors, tanker wagons, and IBCs in Saudi Arabia oil & gas, petrochemical, food, and beverage facilities. Air Atomising Nozzles

Two-fluid (twin-fluid) air atomising nozzles use compressed air to shear liquid into ultra-fine droplets (5–200 microns VMD) at very low liquid flow rates — used for humidification, evaporative gas cooling, chemical dosing, oil burner atomisation, scrubber misting, and fine-mist fire suppression. Two configurations stocked: internal mixing (air and liquid mix inside the nozzle body — lower air consumption, finer droplets at low flow) and external mixing (air and liquid meet at the nozzle tip — no liquid backflow, for viscous or shear-sensitive fluids).
