Type 01

Explosion-Proof (Ex-d) Lighting

LED flameproof luminaires for Zone 1 and Zone 2 in wattages from 20W to 200W. IP66 and IP67 rated. Housings in SS 316 and GRP for corrosion-resistant applications on offshore platforms and coastal KSA facilities. Ex-d/e and Ex-d protection concepts depending on application. Portable explosion-proof work lights (LED, Ex-d, Zone 1) for maintenance and inspection tasks. Ex-proof linear LED tube fittings for production areas, walkways, and process buildings. Certified for use in Saudi Aramco refineries, SABIC petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, paint spray booths, and classified pump rooms. All luminaires supplied with IECEx or ATEX certificates and SASO IEC 60079 compliance documentation.

Type 02

Ex-Proof Junction Boxes & Enclosures

Cast iron (GCI) and stainless steel flameproof (Ex-d) junction boxes for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas. GRP Ex-e increased safety enclosures for terminal distribution and instrument marshalling in Zone 1 and Zone 2. Multiple cable gland entries; IP65 and IP66. DIN rail provision inside for terminal blocks. Ex-d/e combined protection for Zone 1 power and instrument distribution. Ex-nA (non-sparking) enclosures for Zone 2 only applications. For hazardous area instrument junction boxes, power distribution boards, and field wiring marshalling panels at KSA oil & gas plants. Available in sizes from 4-way to 24-way terminal configurations.

Type 03

Ex-Proof Motors

ATEX and IECEx certified flameproof (Ex-d) and combined flameproof/increased safety (Ex-de) three-phase induction motors. IEC standard frame sizes 63 through 355. Zone 1 and Zone 2 rated. Gas groups IIA (propane-equivalent), IIB (ethylene-equivalent), and IIC (hydrogen/acetylene). Temperature classes T3 (200°C surface) and T4 (135°C surface) available for higher risk applications. Efficiency classes IE2 and IE3. For pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, and mixers in hazardous process areas. All motors supplied with ATEX/IECEx certificates, CE declaration of conformity, and test reports suitable for Saudi Aramco and SABIC project documentation requirements.

Type 04

Hazardous Area Instruments & Sensors

Intrinsically safe (Ex-ia) pressure transmitters with 4–20 mA HART output for Zone 0 and Zone 1 applications. Ex-ia RTD and thermocouple temperature sensors. Ex-ia float and RF capacitance level switches. Ex-ia and Ex-d flow meters and differential pressure transmitters. Fixed gas detectors for H₂S (hydrogen sulphide), CH₄ (methane/natural gas), and H₂ (hydrogen) — catalytic bead and electrochemical sensor types, Zone 1 rated. Ex-d instruments for Zone 1 process connections. For Saudi Arabia LPG plants, petrochemical facilities, offshore gas processing, and natural gas compression stations. HART and Foundation Fieldbus versions available.

Type 05

Ex-Proof Switches, Sockets & Control Stations

Ex-d push button stations (start/stop configurations) in cast iron GCI housings for Zone 1 — flush or extended button options. Ex-d emergency stop (E-stop) push button stations with mushroom head and latching. Ex-proof pilot lights (LED, Zone 1) in GCI and SS housings for status indication. Ex-proof switch disconnectors for local isolation in hazardous areas. Industrial sockets in Ex-de protection for Zone 2 areas — 16A and 32A, 5-pin. Ex-proof distribution boards for Zone 2 power distribution. All control stations supplied with ATEX/IECEx certification and can be configured to customer specification for Saudi Aramco or SABIC project requirements.

Type 06

Barriers, Zener Barriers & Galvanic Isolators

Zener safety barriers (DIN rail mounted) for 4–20 mA analogue signals, discrete I/O, and thermocouple inputs — ATEX/IECEx certified, for connecting Zone 0 and Zone 1 instruments to safe-area systems. Galvanic isolators (ATEX intrinsically safe) providing loop power, signal isolation, and HART pass-through for 4–20 mA loops. ATEX cable glands in Ex-d type (brass and SS 316) for M20, M25, M32, M40, M50, and M63 entries — for armoured and unarmoured cables in Zone 1 junction boxes. Ex-e cable glands for increased safety enclosures. Cable transit sealing frames for duct and bulkhead sealing in hazardous areas. All barrier and gland products supplied with ATEX/IECEx entity parameters for IS loop design calculations.
